This Privacy Policy explains how Axiom Board Group ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information through the Axiom Routing website at route.axiomboardgroup.com and the Axiom Routing app. By using the site or the app, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• When you book a demo: your name, company, email address, phone number, industry, number of vehicles, any message you write, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
• When you create or join an account: your name, email address, password (stored only in encrypted form) and role.
• Business information our customers enter into the app, such as depots, vehicles, services, their own customers' names and addresses, and schedules.

Information collected automatically

Our servers record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service running and secure. Signing in stores a session token in your browser so you stay signed in.

How we use information

• To respond to demo requests and questions.
• To provide, maintain and secure the app, including building and updating routes.
• To send account messages such as sign-in links, invitations and password resets.
• To send the text messages you agreed to receive.
• To understand and improve how the site is used, only if you accept optional cookies.

Information our customers enter

Businesses that use Axiom Routing enter information about their own customers, such as service addresses. We process that information on their behalf to provide the service, and each business can only see its own information. If you are a customer of a business that uses Axiom Routing, please contact that business with questions about your information.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only with service providers that help us run the service:

• Hosting and database providers that store the site and app data.
• Google Maps Platform, which receives addresses to place them on the map and to calculate driving routes.
• Email and text message delivery providers, to send messages you asked for or agreed to.
• Analytics or advertising tools, only if you accept optional cookies.

We may also share information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

Storage and security

Information is stored with our hosting providers in the United States. Access is protected by encryption in transit, authentication and per-company access rules. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to people who need it.

Cookies and similar technology

The site uses storage in your browser that is needed for it to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cookie choice. Optional analytics or advertising tools load only if you choose Accept on the cookie notice, and never when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the app may stop working.

SMS and Text Message Communications

We collect phone numbers and SMS consent status when you submit a form on our site. We use this information only to send the messages you consented to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services. Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers who support our business operations, such as customer service or communication platforms. All other use cases exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. Account holders can update their name and email in the app. We keep information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you these rights:

• The right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose.
• The right to delete personal information we collected from you.
• The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
• The right not to be discriminated against for using any of these rights.

Axiom Board Group does not sell personal information for money. If you accept optional cookies, analytics or advertising tools may collect browsing data, and California law may treat that as "sharing." You can opt out at any time by choosing Decline under Cookie Preferences in the footer. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request.

To exercise any of these rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, please submit a request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line or message California Privacy Request.

We will confirm receipt and respond within 45 days, as required by California law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Children

Axiom Routing is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
