Pest control runs on intervals. A monthly account needs a visit every month, a quarterly account every thirteen weeks, and both expect the same technician on a predictable day. Axiom Routing schedules each property by its own interval and places it on the route that runs closest to when it is due, serving a little early rather than late.
When you sign a new account, Axiom Routing looks at the routes your technicians already run and recommends where the property fits best, measured by real driving distance. You review the recommendation and approve it. The new stop is added to the upcoming service days without reshuffling the rest of the schedule.
Service time differs by treatment. A general pest service, a termite inspection and a mosquito treatment can each carry their own time on site, and a property can override it when a job always runs long. Routes are built to fit inside the working day you set for each branch.

Questions
Can a quarterly customer stay on the same weekday all year?
Yes. Each route runs on a fixed weekday, so a quarterly property stays on its weekday and is placed on the run that comes closest to its due date.
What happens to the schedule when we sign a new account?
Only the new account is added. Axiom Routing inserts it into the upcoming service days of the route you approve and leaves every other stop where it was.
Can different treatments take different amounts of time?
Yes. Each treatment has its own time on site, and any property can override it. Routes are built to fit the working day you set.
