Lawn care lives and dies by density. Axiom Routing groups properties into weekday territories by location and keeps postal codes together, so a crew finishes one neighborhood before driving to the next. Each day is balanced against the others so no crew is overloaded while another sits light.
Weekly properties land on the same day every week. Biweekly properties are paired on alternating weeks, and the pairing follows each property's service history so a regular customer does not suddenly shift a week. Mowing, fertilizer and cleanup can each carry their own time on site.
When you add a property mid season, Axiom Routing recommends the crew day it fits best and inserts it without touching the rest of the week. When rain or a holiday closes a day, the affected visits are listed for your office, and you can ask for a proposed plan that moves them into open days you choose.

Questions
Can we pause properties for the off season?
Yes. Pausing a property takes it off upcoming crew days, and resuming it places it back on its routes. Season start and end dates are on our list to make this automatic.
Will a biweekly property stay on its usual week?
Yes. Biweekly properties keep the week pattern their service history sets, so a regular client stays on the week they are used to.
Can one property get both mowing and fertilizer?
Yes. A property can carry several services, each with its own interval and time on site.
