Water treatment routes that fit the truck

Salt, bottles, small packs and service calls, planned against the bays on every truck.

Sound familiar?

01

Trucks loaded by guesswork

Bottles, salt and empties fight for the same bays. One overfull route means a second trip back to the branch.

02

Routes that slowly stretch

Every new customer goes wherever there was room that day, and a few years later the trucks cross town twice.

03

The full list, on a half-due day

Most customers on a route aren't due this week, but the driver still follows the order of the whole list.

Optimized at every step

Most route tools optimize once. Axiom Routing keeps your water treatment routes tight as you grow, and every single day.

  1. 1 / 3

    When we build your routes

Routes built around your bays: bottles and salt each use whole bays, empties coming back count too, and no truck is planned past full.

  2. 2 / 3

Every time you add a customer

A new salt customer is placed on the route and day that passes their street and still has bay space. You approve it, and nothing else moves.

  3. 3 / 3

Every day, for who's actually due

Each day's route is ordered for just the deliveries due that day, whether they're weekly, every other week or monthly.

Load sheets

Know what goes on every truck before it leaves

Each morning's load sheet totals bottles, salt and every other product per truck, checked against its bays.

  • Bays per truck, shared by every product
  • Products that use whole bays never share one
  • Empties coming back counted against the space

Questions

How does Axiom Routing know a truck is full?

You set how many bays each truck has and how many of each product fill a bay. Every stop's products are counted against the truck's bays, and a route is never planned past them.

Can bottles and salt share a bay?

Not if you say they cannot. Each product can be set to use whole bays, so a partly full bay of bottles is never topped up with salt.

Do customers keep their delivery day?

Yes. Weekly, every other week and monthly deliveries are spread evenly across a route's weeks, and a customer's history decides which weeks they stay on.

Do I have to replace the software we bill from?

No. Axiom Routing plans and runs the routes. Keep your current system for accounts and billing; the daily report lists each account number so it is quick to enter.
