Customer communication
Your routes keep your customers in the loop
Reminders with arrival windows, on-the-way texts, bulk email and mailed letters, all from the same schedule your drivers run.
Every way to reach a customer, in one place
Because the messages come from the schedule itself, they're always right: the right day, the right window, the right customers.
Reminders, included
Every customer can get an email the day before with an estimated arrival window, an on-the-way note when the driver heads to them, and word of any schedule change. Email reminders are included in every plan.
Texts, optional
The same messages by text, from a local number. We handle the carrier registration for you and can host your sign-up page and SMS terms. STOP, START and quiet hours are built in.
Bulk email
Closed for a holiday, a weather delay, a price change: pick from a library of ready-made messages, choose who gets it by route, day or date, preview it and send. Each customer sees their own next delivery.
Mailed letters
When routes change, the customers whose day moved are listed for you. One click mails each a letter with their own new day and start date.
Postcards and campaigns
Promotions, win-backs and follow-up series through Axiom Mail, with your customer list already loaded and QR codes that show who responded.
Done right
Unsubscribe links, consent records, bounce and complaint protection, and one email per customer per day at most, so your messages keep landing in inboxes.
Why it pays off
Fewer missed stops
Customers who know you're coming leave the gate open, the empties out and the dog inside.
Fewer calls to the office
An arrival window the day before and a heads-up on the way answer "when are you coming?" before anyone picks up the phone.
Changes without surprises
When you re-route, customers hear about their new day before it happens, by email or letter.

Questions
What does it cost?
Email reminders, on-the-way and schedule-change emails are included. Texts are optional: 5 cents each, plus carrier registration ($35 when you register, $10 a month) and $3 a month per number. Bulk email is 1 cent per email. Mailed letters are priced per piece, shown before you send.
Do texts need my customers' permission?
Yes. You record each customer's consent (or they sign up on your sign-up page), and anyone who replies STOP is never texted again unless they reply START. Texts only go out between 8 am and 9 pm in your customer's time zone.
Who do the messages come from?
From your business: your name on every email and text, replies to your office, and your address in the footer.
How are arrival windows worked out?
From the day's final route order, drive times and the time each stop takes. The day before, the route is locked so the window customers were sent stays true.
